Help with finding the domain of cotangent functions
\[f(\theta)=\cot(\frac{ 2 }{ 5 }\pi \theta)+1\]
I know you use \[\frac{ \pi }{ b }+\frac{ c }{ b }\]
@zepdrix s: Could you help me please I keep getting 5/4 and its the wrong answer
see its like idk it may be the math but \[\cot(\frac{ 2\pi \theta }{ 5 })+1 \]
\[\frac{ \pi }{ 2*\frac{ 2\pi }{ 5 } }+\frac{ 0 }{ \frac{ 2\pi }{ 5 } }\]
Why is there a pi/2 there? I'm confused >.<
\[\frac{ \pi }{ \frac{ 4\pi }{ 5 } }\]
ohhh lol
\[\Large\rm\frac{ \color{orangered}{\pi} }{ \color{orangered}{2}*\frac{ 2\pi }{ 5 } }+\frac{ 0 }{ \frac{ 2\pi }{ 5 } }\]
because one moment ill show you
oh ok
The domain is all real numbers except odd multiples of \[\frac{ \pi }{ 2 }+\frac{ c }{ b }\]
i got that from my tangent chapter s: but im not sure if i am supposed to still use it ;-;
Because in my cotangent chapter i have this: The domain is all real numbers except integer multiples of pi and k pi, or where k is an integer.
