Help please :)

OpenStudy (sparklestaraa):

Please help I just need Part c and f :) @neonumbrella5115 @Luigi0210

OpenStudy (sparklestaraa):

@dtan5457 Help PLEASE

Nnesha (nnesha):

for part c u need data frm part a and you have to graph that equation where lines intersect that points u need :)

OpenStudy (sparklestaraa):

Its in the document :) Can u see if the points are right?

OpenStudy (sparklestaraa):

can i enter these points on desmos @Nnesha

Nnesha (nnesha):

i didn't receive anything on the doc file is empty

OpenStudy (sparklestaraa):

ohhh wait then

OpenStudy (sparklestaraa):

Here is it there

OpenStudy (sparklestaraa):

@Nnesha

Nnesha (nnesha):

still nothing there :(

OpenStudy (sparklestaraa):

:( ok i'll write it in the box or screenshot -4. a. x 100 + 23x 90(1.2x) 0 100 90 2 146 129.6     3 169 155.5     4 192 186.6     5 215 223.9   b. Approximately between x=4 and x=5 so when x=4.5 both functions will have the same value. Because, m(x) goes from being smaller than s(x), to larger than s(x) between x=4 and x=5, so somewhere in that interval of numbers, both functions must intersect and have the same value. c. d. The x axis= the week #, week 0 (initial value through week 5 The y value represents the # of organisms present. So each point on the graph (x,y)= (week #, population of organisms) e. To determine the solution from the graph, I have to estimate the intersection point (x,y).

OpenStudy (sparklestaraa):

@Nnesha

Nnesha (nnesha):

okay so table is right

OpenStudy (sparklestaraa):

so how do i graph this using desmos?

Nnesha (nnesha):

you just have to put that two equations into the graph i mean desmos calc

Nnesha (nnesha):

when you graph it then all points already gonna there just look at theis i just put equations there and there is 2,146 0,100 order pair

OpenStudy (sparklestaraa):

Oh thanks so i only need those two points :D @Nnesha

Nnesha (nnesha):

nope there are other points too i just took screenshot of that two point

Nnesha (nnesha):

you have to graph both equation and see the point where both m(x) or s(x) intersect

OpenStudy (sparklestaraa):

ahhh ok :) how do i get them to mark all the points?

Nnesha (nnesha):

4 example you graph look like this |dw:1424219970947:dw|
