@sreekar369 That is the only way the can reproduce.
ok
i just said generally
not intentionally
thanks @sreekar369
@sreekar369 No need to explain, we all do things like that sometimes. It is just that as a PhD student that is teaching labs, I try to be as explicitly clear as possible. It allows for a better understanding and makes questions and grading more fair. Example: Say I told a class the same thing, that prokaryotes "generally divide by binary fission." This implies that it is not true 100% of the time. So, if I gave my students a question like: Please circle the true statement(s): A-prokaryotes can sexual reproduce B-prokaryotes only reproduce through binary fission C-most, but not all, prokaryotes reproduce through binary fission D-none of the above are true If a student pointed out to me I implied that binary fission was not the only method, I would have done two things. 1, I have created confusion among my students with contradicting information, and 2, I have graded anyone that chose C as the correct answer unfairly and they deserve the points since it was I who gave the conflicting information in the first part. I don't know about your experiences with teachers, but I own up to my mistakes and take full responsibility when these mistakes cause educational harm to my students. My students and I have a social contract. It is my job and duty to keep them safe in the classroom and provide the correct info. The students trust me to keep them safe from harm during the lab and trust that I am giving them the correct information they need to succeed in their degree and use of this degree in the future. I am very serious about my teaching.
nt just leave i just said tht nt intentionally and i accept the mistake.so thq u and plase leave it
