Is this drawing a rectangular prism?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a cube

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well a cube would have all sides the same length. So I'm guessing you want the volume of a rectangular prism.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah you are probably right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The volume of a rectangular prism is the width times the length times the height.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well I got 1283.84

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got A 5 times 5 times 4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OK, grab your calculator and come up with a number.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

100

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I did it wrong I got C.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

100 looks good to me.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I miss the the fact this the dimensions are in cubic feet. So you need to do a conversion 100 cubic feet to gallons.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hold on a minute it would be C cause you multiply 100 times 7.48 cause 1 foot equals 7.48 gallons

OpenStudy (anonymous):

100x7.48=748.00=748=C.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@gigi2002 I gave you a medal. Can you give me a medal?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

748 gallons is correct.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

your welcome
