The speaker is sonnet 29 illustrates that love does not necessarily mean blanket immunity when disgtaced with fortune. @ICECREAMyummy

"Disgrace in fortune" means to be unlucky and to be in "disgrace in men's eyes" means to not be in favor with people around you. So basically it means to be unlucky and unliked. I don't know the context though so I don't know what it is saying about love.
