if an angle contains the given number of degrees, a. state whether the angle is an acute angle, a right angle, an obtuse angle, or a straight angle, b. find the measure of each of the angles formed by the bisector of the given angle. what is 24 ?
90 = right angle less than 90 = acute angle more than 90= obtuse angle
your question is very vague. Cannot really answer except for what osamabinswaggin said.
Here are the basic rules when dealing with angles: If an angle is more than 90 degrees, let's say 120 degrees, then it is called "obtuse." If an angle is less than 90 degrees, let's say 89 degrees, than it is called "acute." If an angle is just 90 degrees, nothing less, nothing more, then it is "right" angle. Remember, all the angles in a triangle add up to 180 degrees. So if you have a triangle ABC then angle a+b+c should equal 180 degrees. Hope that helps.
