Domain is the values that x is allowed to be range is the values that the y's end up being So.... Since quadratics have a turning point (vertex, max/min) the range is not all real numbers, it is y > or equal to the y of the turning point for a parabola that opens up and y < or equal to the y of the turning point for a parabola that opens down, because the y's don't continue in the same direction, they turn around. In your situation, you range is all your "y" values. So 2,7,0. Hope that helps.
