Check my answer! (I am positive that I am correct, but I like to check!) What is the range of the relation? {(1, 2), (2, 4), (3, 2), (4, 6)} A. {1, 2, 3, 4} B. {2, 4} C. {1, 2, 3, 4, 6} D. {2, 4, 6} My answer: D. @SolomonZelman

OpenStudy (igreen):

You got it..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks! ♣

OpenStudy (igreen):

Range is the y-values, and we don't write the repeated value(s)

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

yes, those are the ranges. but I thought it should be { 2, 4, , 2, , 6}

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

I have two commas at places, consider it a single comma

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, you only need to write '2' one time...

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

you have the ranges 2 4 6 but 2 repeats (after 4)

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

well, yes, again - 2 4 6 are ranges, but the way they are written means you have the 2 only once. (I guess (acc. to the options) it is okay, because there are no better choices.

OpenStudy (igreen):

Yeah..
