Ok. So, you see the graph for teenagers, where it says 0-199. The height of that rectangle tells you that 3 teenagers (the height of the rectangle) have between 0-199 songs.
So you need to look at all rectangles where the number is less than 600 (So look at the ones saying 0-199, 200-399, 400-599) and check what the height for each of the rectangles is, and add them all up

Ah well the 2nd part asks, how many more adults have less than 600 songs than teenagers. So, what they are really saying, is how much more is 33 compared to 26
