@firejay5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Which one do you think it is?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

umm i really have no idea

OpenStudy (anonymous):

on the question it says c<-1 do you understand that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

- 1 is part of the problem so would it be c or d?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

c<-1 is saying that c is less than -1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you know what an open circle (the non-shaded ones) and a closed circle (the shaded ones) are?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohh so C or A?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and yes C or A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah i do but it confuses me

OpenStudy (anonymous):

An open circle means less than or greater than (< and >)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohh so since the circle is closed it would be C?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A closed circle means, less than or equal to, or greater than or equal to (≥ and ≤)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

uh just < > with lines under them

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and it would be A since were just using < and >

OpenStudy (firejay5):

understand @ZinnaPinkerton my post: if it's greater or less than it's open (dot isn't filled in) if it's greater than or equal to and less than or equal to then it's closed (dot is filled in), so the answer is A, because C is closed and A is open and the equation is an open dot.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh ok thank you

Hope i helped, if you have any other questions you can ask me and/or tag me
