@7thGrader, to evaluate \[\frac{ 1+-2.5 }{ 3 }\] First calculate, 1 to -.25, and you'll get 0.75. \[\frac{ 0.75 }{ 3 }\] Simply, divide these two and your answer will be 0.25.
