if the product of numbers is 0, at least one of the terms is 0.
if we make 0 the largest term, we have 5 consecutive even numbers: 0,2,4,6,8
OpenStudy (anonymous):

the question gives us some information
we have 5 consecutive even integers. that means even numbers that come one after another (2,4,6,8,10,12,...)
OpenStudy (bibby):
it also tells us the product of these numbers is 0
and a*b=0 when either a is 0 or b is 0
OpenStudy (anonymous):
oh ok thanks @bibby
OpenStudy (bibby):
anytime mami
OpenStudy (anonymous):

for starters, the perimeter = 2(L+W)
so l+w=14
then we can rewrite the different numbers that add up to 14 and find the maximum product of those I th ink
OpenStudy (anonymous):
ok thanks again @bibby
OpenStudy (bibby):
1,13
