Which is correct? Elle est plus blond que sa soeur. Elle a plus de blonde que son frère. Elle est moins blonde de sa soeur. Elle est moins blonde que sa soeur.

OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):

I'm pretty sure it's the last one @12zangetsu27

OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):

the adj doesn't agree in the first one, wrong verb in the second one, and I THINK it's que, not de, but I may be wrong.

OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):

or am I wrong?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The first one would look correct, if not for the masculine form of "blond", so I think you're right. It would be the last one because the subject is female.

OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):

okay. thanks :) and I know I said one more, but this one I answered already, I just want to make sure I'm correct, you don't mind, do you?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh, and about your first reply: it would be "que" over "de" because they would translate at "than" and "of" respectively(although "de" doesn't always translate within phrases), making "que" the correct word.

OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):

okay, that's what I thought.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sure, no problem.
