At the end of the video (~10 minutes), the second part of the problem, I have no idea how he indicated or demonstrated that the integral of u^2*r must be positive, or any other terms that he said must be nonnegative. By what basis was that shown? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Y5-s4_4zvg
