At the vertices of a triangular region (the Bermuda Triangle) are Miami (M), the island of Bermuda (B), and San Juan (S). If the distance from Miami to Bermuda is 1069 miles, from Bermuda to San Juan is 942 miles, and from San Juan to Miami is 1032 miles, what can be concluded about the Bermuda Triangle? 1. measure B > measure M ≥ measure S 2. measure S < measure B < measure M 3. measure B < measure M < measure S 4. measure S > measure B > measure M
Is it asking to rank the the size of the angles??
I think so, yeah.
the angles should be proportional to the side opposite to vertex
in other words, since the distance from M to B is largest, the opposite angle as point S should be the largest angle
So M would be the largest angle?
So the answer would be 2? Or am i completely wrong?
