plz anyone just help me!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@izzy529

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm just a little confused on how to do the question and need someone to explain it to me that's all @Love_k

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay what lesson and unit is it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Unit 2 lesson 17

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's the last question I need

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay hold on

OpenStudy (anonymous):

caan you tell me what grade??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

7th

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay hold on

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I only got 2/4 questions right on that answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because i only did part A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah I already have part a also. Can you still try to help me?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay so you aregoing to find out the surface area od the circle pan which would be 120.95

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The surface area of the circular pan would be 120.95?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then for the rectangular cake pan which would be 168in

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just wondering but what grade are you in?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so the surface area of the circle pan is 120.95 and the surface area for the rectangular pan is 168 @Love_k ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea ... and I'm in 8th

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so can you explain to me how you got those answers?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A=2(wl+hl+hw) that is the formula for the rectangular cake pan and A=2πrh+2πr2 that is for a cylinder cake pan

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Did I help you at all

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah thanks so much!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

your welcome

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I gave you a medal and fanned you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yw

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Love_k sorry but can you tell me how you got the answer for the cylinder cake pan with that formula? I got a different answer than you did

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea hold on

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What did you get for your answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@izzy529

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry I took so long @Love_k the answer I got was 87.92

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you help @Love_k ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

with what ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got a different answer than you for the circular pan

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you explain how you got your answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Your answer is actually correct I switched my formula but the one I gave you is the right one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What do you mean you switched your formula?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

When I worked my problem out I multiplied pi in the wrong place.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so what is the correct formula?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nvm
