In this excerpt from President Kennedy's 1963 Civil Rights Address, he included the examples of American troops in Vietnam and West Berlin for what purpose? ok so hes basically talking bout how folks were thinking oh everythings better its all sunshine when hes saying abraham lincoln might've made a change but thinks are still crappy things havent really changed there is still work o e done the violence the opression the enequality is still there

i'll para phrase the question the first one is basically saying what is he trying to change with his words what is he basically saying and trying to change ; seond one what has to be done for it to change ; and it says its been 100 years and nothing has changed so what is is goal for the next 100 years
