2) WILL MEDAL AND FAN!! What instrument, along with a telescope, allows study of the wavelengths of visible light coming from a star? a. a shortwave radio set b. a nuclear reactor c. a solar flare d. a spectrograph

OpenStudy (thefurball):

I'm not sure about the spectograph, but let's think about this again. Visible light doesn't help us with a radio, nuclear reactor, or solar flares lol. So I'm pretty sure it's d.

sammixboo (sammixboo):

Remember this is your lesson? (I did this lesson a few months ago) http://www.umsl.edu/~physics/files/images/electricity/diffraction.jpg

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so it would be d? @sammixboo

sammixboo (sammixboo):

Yup

sammixboo (sammixboo):

That is a spectrograph http://www.umsl.edu/~physics/files/images/electricity/diffraction.jpg

sammixboo (sammixboo):

It records the different color of lights, and these colors are different with different things

sammixboo (sammixboo):

A spectrograph tells you this stuff

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks!! so much!! @sammixboo

sammixboo (sammixboo):

:) No problem
