Ok... Natural selection, selects organisms that best fit the environment hense the reason to why is it is called "Natural selection," the species that are natural to the environment are the ones to survive, where as selective breeding you can select two breeds and come out with something different that might not be best fit for the environment... Selective breeding you just chose two random breeds and breed them together... So that's why I think it's D.
