how do i convert y-3x=-15 into standard form

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hey :) Standard form is \[ax+by=c\] notice your equation is y-3x-15, meaning it's already in standard form, actually just interchange -3x and y, so you'll have -3x+y=-18! And we're done, easy right?

That should be = -15 not -18 don't know where the -18 came from
