OpenStudy (acxbox22):

contour lines - the closer the steeper, the further , the wider

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

If a topographic graph looks more "bumpy", that implies that the region is more mountainous So it's the opposite when the contour lines are far apart

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

If you look on the western sides of this topographic map of the United States, you can see more mountains

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so its D?

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

I would have said it's E.

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

You know E as in Geography not history :P

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

but then.. if you're looking at classic topography, closer lines imply steep mountains

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

what a troll @TheSmartOne

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

@SavineTwist I would go with A. because no lines at all would imply a plain. If they are farther apart, then you would have a gently sloping hill :)
