Which is an example of an algebraic expression? A. m – 3 B. b > –2 C. 4 + c > 1 D. 12 = a + 6

OpenStudy (zyi6):

What do you think? any clue?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I thin its b but i dont know

OpenStudy (zyi6):

Well let's break it down: D is an EQUATION, not an expression, so that's out. C is an INEQUALITY, not an expression, so that's out. B is a solution to an INEQUALITY, but not quite sure if it is out yet. A looks the most like an expression. This could mean that it is either A or B.

OpenStudy (zyi6):

does that help at all?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ya a little

OpenStudy (zyi6):

okay. I would go with A. im like 95% certain of this.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok to make sure im going to ask some more people for help

OpenStudy (zyi6):
