The American people after Pearl Harbor were terrified of the Japs. And quite frankly, they were safer in camps. The American People are EXTREMELY patriotic at this time.

So, if he hadn't put these people in camps, they would have more than likely been attacked by American White people

That plus he was afraid they would become a spy for Japan against the Untied States.

^Awesome point. Double agents are a big issue when we are at war. That is why sometimes people are nervous around foreighners from the middle east. Not because they are all bad. It's just, a few bad apples ruin the whole pie
