you'd have to have read the play, then if you read those excerpts you could answer the question with 1.) who is talking, 2.) why you should care 3.)what is the context but if they dont provide what play its from im not sure what they expect you to do

Prince Hamlet was the speaker. He's talking about how he's going to stage a fake play simulating his father's death. Claudius will watch, and if he acts unusual during this scene, Prince Hamlet will know for sure that Claudius was the one who killed him. (BTW I DIDN'T KNOW SO I LOOKED IT UP AND ASKED MY FRIEND AND THEY BOTH PRETTY MUCH SAID THIS)
