f(x) has 4 critical points: f'(-4) = f'(1) = f'(6) = f'(8) = 0; f(-4) = 3, f(1) = -1, f(6) = 7, f(8) = 4. Can someone help me interpret these critical points? I've never seen it listen like that first part where they are all = 0. Test tomorrow trying to understand!

Ohhh wait I get it I think... Is it just listing the critical points like that because at critical points slope = 0? :-)

yeah numbers in the domain of y=f(x) that satisfy f'(x)=0 or that satisfy f' dne will be critical numbers
