i think b Which graph best represents the function f(x) = 1(1.5)x?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Agl202

OpenStudy (anonymous):

don't know @AlexandervonHumboldt2

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

what makes yuo think is "b" anyway?

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

did you meant 1^(1.5x)?

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

did you graph it yet? that is, did you graph \(\bf 1(1.5)^x\) yet?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no the x is ^ @AlexandervonHumboldt2

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

x^1.5?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

f(x) = 1 (1.5)^x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@AlexandervonHumboldt2

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

did you meant 1*1.5^x. ? 1 makes no sense there because it is not neadded if it is 1*1.5^x.

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

1.*1.5^x=1.5^x

@AlexandervonHumboldt2

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

make a point table: x 1 2 3 4 5 6 y substitue these values into the equation. then check if the result coordinates. check if these cooridnates can be found on grath.

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

make a point table x 1 2 3 4 5 6 y substitue points x into the equation and solve for y coordinate. then check is these coordinate can be found on grath

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok lemme do it @AlexandervonHumboldt2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C? @AlexandervonHumboldt2

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

yeah
