I dont know im not good with "slicing things"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So Y?

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

If we slice it PARALLEL to the base, it means we're cutting it horizontally. So imagine you had a rectangular pyramid in front of you. If you cut it horizontally, it will look liek the base

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

so since the base is a rectangle, cutting it parallel to the base, means that wherever we cut it from, it will be the SAME shape as the base. So what do you think it would be ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

NOO Z

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

O_O how did you get Z

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

if you chop it, it will be the same as the base. the base is a rectangle, therefore, the cut side will STILL be a rectangle LOL

oh ya XD
