When a number is written to the nearest hundredth, it means that it goes 2 numbers after the . and if the third number is larger than a 5 you round it up, if it is lower than a 5 you leave it the way it is, so for example lets say I have 6.2578, rounding it to the nearest hundredth would be 6.26
