OpenStudy (hannahwaller5):

Could anyone help me? A system of equations is shown below: n = 3m + 6 n − 2m = 2 What is the solution, in the form (m, n), to the system of equations? (−4, −6) (−5, −9) (2, 6) (1, 8)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well do you have any ideas or not

OpenStudy (hannahwaller5):

I could figure it out i am just not sure how to start figuring it out if that makes since... @starlord6200

OpenStudy (anonymous):

plug it back in

OpenStudy (hannahwaller5):

Oh ok so you would use M,N like X,Y and plug each answer into where it goes?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes thats exactly what you do

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so if you do all that what do you get

OpenStudy (hannahwaller5):

Ok so i think its the first one?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

did you double check it

OpenStudy (hannahwaller5):

Because if you put -4 where the m goes in the solution you would get -6 which would equal -6 which is n??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you got it great job

OpenStudy (hannahwaller5):

Thank you :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if you need aany more help just message me or tag me

OpenStudy (hannahwaller5):
