Hey, @sakt . Do you have a question? I can try to help you answer it. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

which sentence contains a predicate adjective? the singer's latest hit is a beautiful song. the bus has arrived at last. we bought four juicy apples at the farmer's market. the weather roday seems very humid to me

OpenStudy (k_lynn):

A predicate adjective will modify the subject of a sentence. The predicate adjective describes the subject. It's also connected to the subject by a linking verb.

OpenStudy (k_lynn):

You'll probably want to know what some of the most common linking verbs are. They're: be, is, am, are, was, were, shall be, will be, can be, could be, should be, would be, may be, might be, have been, has been, had been, could have been, should have been, may have been, might have been, and must have been.

http://examples.yourdictionary.com/examples-of-predicate-adjectives.html I found this website that gives you some examples. I'll use the first one. The children grow OLDER every day. (older is the predicate adjective) You could just say "The Children grow every day" and the sentence would still make sense. But the word older describes how the children grow. It's the predicate adjective....I'm probably not explaining this very well. :/
