idk on this one

OpenStudy (igreen):

It's just like the other one, but reversed. When we distribute we multiply the number outside of the parenthesis to all the numbers inside the parenthesis. So which number(or letter) will go outside and which numbers(or letters) will go in the inside?

uhhhhhhhhhhhh A?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or c

OpenStudy (igreen):

C is correct..it multiplies 'y' to 4 and 'z', so 'y' goes on the outside of the parenthesis and 4 and 'z' go in the inside.

OpenStudy (igreen):

A would be distributing 'y' and 'z' into the parenthesis.

thanks
