How did William Shakespeare alter the facts of Roman history in Julius Caesar? A. He inserted Caesar’s ghost as a figure who influenced the actions of Brutus. B. He ignored the will in which Caesar bequeathed much of his money and property to the citizens of Rome. C. He depicted Cassius as a soothsayer and someone with supernatural powers. D. He introduced the rulers of Egypt as the masterminds of Caesar’s assassination. LAST ONE I THINK ITS A BUT JUST WANNA CONFIRM MY ANSWER :) WILL FAN/MEDAL
I am going with B. The point of the drama is not historical accuracy; rather it is that certain events lead up to the climax and that the characters each play a significant role in the tension that leads to the final outcome. Accuracy does not displace all of the necessary elements of tragedy and drama.
@Xnlovely That makes sense. Hmmm but he did insert Caesar ghost :/
You right.. hmm this ones alil tricky
He streamlined historical events so that, in the play, they happen over a shorter period of time. @Xnlovely
Your right I think A is the answer
