Does anyone know where online French courses are provided for the equivalence of French 3?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you help me on my spelling math and writing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sure :)

What state do you live in? There are virtual public schools that link with brick and mortar public schools in alot of the southern states. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I live in California and haven't really been able to find anything that's offered online. They had a program at my local community college but it only runs during the school year which would not be helpful since I go to a public school I would not be able to attend.

Okay. Tomorrow, ask your guidance counselor if there is a virtual public school in your district that your school partners with. I'm going to Germany next year, and know that w/ study abroad opportunities you can log hours in an instructional facility outside of school as classroom hours, so that's something to consider as well.

well i asked but they don't have it offered in my area do you know if there's anything where i can just learn it by myself and then just test to get the credits?

Generally, college clases are more advanced than the High School ones. In fact, many assume that people have taken the lower levels of the language already! So a college French class may start off higher than you think. This means that college leve info may have what you want. http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/find-by-topic/#cat=humanities&subcat=language&spec=french

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

OOOH! And that last one has listening comprehection recording! That could give you exactly what you need to help develop your skills.

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Ah, and the courses here will have some info in the syllabi about what is taught in what order. http://continuingstudies.wisc.edu/lsa/indlearn/french-italian.htm
