please help!! Production of an odor is an indicator of physical change. chemical change. phase change. nuclear change.

I would say chemical change but I'm not entirely sure. I hope this helps!

Physical change: does cutting a piece of paper or smashing a rock in half with a hammer produce an odor (that wasn't already there)? Phase change: does melting water ice, or boiling water produce an odor? As far as nuclear change, I'm not exactly sure whether or not that produces an odor. I can tell you with certainty though that the production of an odor is indicative of a chemical change
