Which subgenre of poetry does this passage belong to? sonnet free verse limerick ballad

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In Hospital by William Ernest Henley Two and thirty is the ploughman. He's a man of gallant inches, And his hair is close and curly, And his beard; But his face is wan and sunken, And his eyes are large and brilliant, And his shoulder-blades are sharp, And his knees.

well, i know its not limerick bc that would involve a rhyme scheme, and that isnt present in this poem. and it cant be a sonnet because that would have to contain 14 lines in order for it to be. and a ballad would have to have been passed from generation to generation, with an unknown author, like a myth. but with that being said, it does include free verse. because there is no rhyme scheme :)
