During the 1870s, several farm states passed "Granger laws" which regulated rates of railroads and grain warehouses. In which case did the Supreme Court rule that regulation of railroads and warehouses was constitutional? "Plessy v. Ferguson" "Munn v. Illinois" the Northern Securities case "Miranda v. Arizona"

OpenStudy (ciaraxcx):

It is not A or D, those have to deal with civil rights and court rights. So it's either B or C. "Northern Securities Co. v. United States, 193 U.S. 197 (1904), was a case heard by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1903. The Court ruled 5 to 4 against the stockholders of the Great Northern and Northern Pacific railroad companies, who had essentially formed a monopoly, and to dissolve the Northern Securities Company." Doesn't really sound like the answer. I'm thinking it is A!
