i was being facetious ... politics distorts data all the time. notice that the interval spacing of the chart does not match up long the axis. if we were to compare the axis on a unit basis, the left side would be much much taller. as such, how do you think the data looks compared to an equal axial arrangement? the height has been compressed giving an impression of .....
85 to 95 is a spred of 10 units but notice that the base alone is a spread of 5 units |dw:1430501006027:dw| the compression makes 10 look less than 5 right?
