you basically have all the information you need, there are a couple of stuffs I want you to know before I explain anything, if you know these certain rules, you will most likely be able to solve these kinda questions on your own. you need to know the standard way how a equation of a straight line is set up it is always in the form of y = mx + c where y is the y value and mx means the gradient of the line/ or the slope of the line and the c is the y-intercept lemme draw this for your better understanding.
