The perimeter of the quadrilateral, is the sum of the four sides lengths. To find each sides length, use pythag.

Like what UnkleRhaukus said, just use Pythagorean Theorem. \(a^2+b^2=c^2\) Note that \(\overline{ZW} = \overline{WX}\), just to save little works.
