find three points for the linear equation -x+2y=11

OpenStudy (loser66):

Where are you stuck?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the problem itself not good with linear equations

OpenStudy (loser66):

why not? it is linear Isolate x, please. what do you have?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wym?

OpenStudy (loser66):

It means, do something to have x on the left hand side and others on the right hand side.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (radar):

two of the points would be the two intercept. All you need is some algebra and solve the given equation letting x=0 for one intercept, then solve it again letting y=0 for the other intercept.
