OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

@mathslover Find the limit of the function algebraically. lim x->0 \(\dfrac{=6+x}{x^4}\)

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

lagging super bad, there shouldn't be an =

mathslover (mathslover):

:) Yeah, same here. It's lagging for me too. Well, I guess, it's not defined or infinity. Plugging in x = 0 gives undefined form.

mathslover (mathslover):

But, write infinity as 1/0 = \(\infty\)

mathslover (mathslover):

Have a look at the graph, For x tending to zero, the graph tends to infinity. http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=plot+(6+%2B+x)%2Fx%5E4
