n^2+6n+5/n+1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hint: (n+1)(n+5)= ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

n=6?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Calculate this: (n+1)(n+5)=

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just multiply it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

n=5 or n^5? sorry I suck at math.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(n+1)(n+5)=n^2+6n+5 right? this is actualy you numerator. So , since this two expretions are equal, you could put (n+1)(n+5) instead of n^2+6n+5. And maybe you will notice something that can be smplified

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So it would look like (n+1) (n+5)/n+1 so I could cross out n+1 on top and bottom?
