A white-flowered rhododendron is crossed with a red-flowered rhododendron. The alleles are codominant. What color flowers will the offspring have? dark pink all over light pink all over white and red spotted All of the above are correct.

OpenStudy (melodydude):

sorry im going through my journal

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I was thinking all of the above because they are co-dominant

OpenStudy (melodydude):

i might need some back up on this @JackofallTradez

OpenStudy (jackofalltradez):

I would have to do with 'All the above' Seeing as they're co-dominant alleles

OpenStudy (jackofalltradez):

to go with*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats what i was thinking because the white and red would either blend or make some flowers just red or just white

OpenStudy (melodydude):

i would think the outcome would be a little unpredictable but i wasnt sure

OpenStudy (melodydude):

thx jack

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you please help! :) @JackofallTradez

OpenStudy (jackofalltradez):

No problem, @Melodydude

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@JackofallTradez pleaseeee help!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Codominant means both alleles must be "fully" expressed. The red and white dots is the only one that would fit. A shade of pink would be incomplete dominance.
