I think ips( not sure if that is exact) they hit cells with for chemical signals to make them into stem cells.

These stem cells can be found in human embryos or in bone marrow. There are totipotent, pluripotent and multipotent stem cells. Basically, scientists can genetically modify these stem cells to make organs and tissue for example brain cells or liver tissue and use them to cure diseases and help people Also cell specialisation occurs during the development of a young cell when a specific gene causes it to build up different features for a particular function
