Which inverse trigonometric function will determine the measurement of B?

Which inverse trig function? Uhhhhh.... any of them :P If you use sine, you'll use the 12 and 20 in relation to angle B (Those are opposite and hypotenuse in relation to B) If you use cosine, you'll use the 16 and 20. You can use whichever trig function you want to find this angle.

Example:\[\Large\rm \tan B=\frac{opp}{adj}=\frac{12}{16}\]Therefore,\[\Large\rm \arctan\left(\frac{12}{16}\right)=B\]
