What kind of human rights violations took place during Hitler rule? Would you consider people to be ‘free’ under Hitler rule?

OpenStudy (paki):

Hitler used socialism. Stalin used conmunism. In both places they became tyrants where in Germany: - Jews had no rights & killed for being Jewish. - No freedom of press - Didn't vote our go against anything Hitler said and if Hitler was speaking, you faced the possibility of Death. - No fair trial In Russia: You where under a communist president that didn't allow first amendment rights. As well, You didn't enter our excite the country. No just trial.

@paki

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

This makes no sense: "You where under a communist president that didn't allow first amendment rights." I think you mean, "...doesn't allow the rights set forth in the U.S. First Ammendment."

OpenStudy (paki):

@tkhunny "doesn't allow the rights set forth in the U.S. First Ammendment." Ammendment = amendment.... PLUS my explanation is VERY MUCH CLEAR except "You where under a communist president that didn't allow first amendment rights. " it should be "you were under a communist president who didn't allow first amendment rights...

no hitler burned people

OpenStudy (anonymous):

He also gassed them

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Go paki I think he is right

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

I liked Paki's answer, excepting the reference that somehow seemed to imply that a Soviet president should have paid attention to the U.S. 1st Amendment. Ethnic cleansing is a sure and clear Civil Rights Violation. Lack of Free Exercise of Conscience is a sure and clear Civil Rights Violation.

OpenStudy (paki):

communist president will always be against the amendments... :)

OpenStudy (paki):

@tkhunny

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Why would a communist president speak anything against the U.S. constitution? I can see why a communist president would speak against the the rights set forth in the 1st Ammendment to the U.S. constitution? It is a very subtle point.

OpenStudy (paki):

@tkhunny am not discussing any president who will speak anything against the US constitution sir...

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

I said it was a subtle point. It may exist only in my head. :-)
