Hi will give medal to whoever can tell me how different types of blood types are different like I don't get what they change in you or do. Can you please clarify how blood type A,B,AB and O differ?

The difference between the blood types are mainly presence of certain Antigens
for instance the A blood type has a A-antigen for B blood type, it has B-antigen present

The A and B antigens are mostly the IgM antibodies. For AB blood groups, it has none of the antigens present, the O-group has none of the antigens as well.

the +ve and the -ve sign indicates the presence of the rh factor. Blood that is Rh-negative can be transfused into a person who is Rh-positive, but an Rh-negative individual can create antibodies for Rh-positive RBCs. Because of this, the AB+ blood type is referred to as the "universal recipient", as it possesses neither Anti-B or Anti-A antibodies in its plasma, and can receive both Rh-positive and Rh-negative blood. Similarly, the O− blood type is called the "universal donor"; since its red blood cells have no A or B antigens and are Rh-negative, no other blood type will reject it

yep except that AB blood has both A and B antigens and no antibodies in the plasma, AB blood is also the universal receiver.

Oh yes I mean to say Blood group AB individuals have both A and B antigens on the surface of their RBCs, and their blood plasma does not contain any antibodies against either A or B antigen
