Write a polynomial with zeros x=3, x=-2, x=-1/5 and a leading coefficient 4 Will fan and medal

OpenStudy (math&ing001):

When you have the zeros of a polynomial (ex. a, b, c) and a leading coefficient (ex. T), writing the polynomial is as easy as this : P(x) = T(x-a)(x-b)(x-c) Can you apply this with the zeros you have ?

OpenStudy (danielajohana):

So it would be as easy as... 4(x-3)(x+2)(x-1/5)?

OpenStudy (math&ing001):

Yes ! (x+1/5) at the end, but I think it was just a typo.

OpenStudy (danielajohana):

Yes, a typo- and thank you!
