I'm not sure about 8. but I'd guess it's King Arthur because of the reference to Camelot. 9. The poem's speaker is describing the girl as flirtatious and naïve since she's easily impressed and she looks at everyone which is kind of flirtatious. 10. I believe that browning is concluding her poem with a prayer that her love with live eternally. She ends the poem by saying "I shall but love thee better after death" which sounds like she wants her love to continue, even after she dies. 11. I think describing the world as a land of dreams shows the impermanence of life, since the land of dreams disappears once you wake up.
