French nationalism resulted in strong hostility toward Germany because... A. Germany had more colonies than France B. Germany wanted to be a member of the Triple Entente C. France wanted to annex German territory east of the Rhine River D. France wanted to take back the Alsace-Loraine region
Sorry I was doing a math test
its ok :) hope you passed
It would be D They certainly were full of hatred and gall that they had to give up the German-speaking and settled Alsace-Lorraine in 1871 which they had occupied and annexed in their "grandeur" from the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation, when France still under the rule of their boisterous Louis kings. Compare that to the "divine right" of the Jews for a Palestine, which was settled only by Arabs for centuries. The French were also very irritated and upset that the German Empire was economically booming and a major competitor to "their" alleged markets.
it was right :) thnx :)
